  Upon move in, our three bedroom apartment was in less than acceptable condition. Following repeated requests, Brennan Properties refused to clean the soiled carpets, fix broken doors, repair a broken smoke detector, and fix a cracked window. Upon move out, Brennan Properties attempted to take our full 1200 dollar deposit, and additionally attempted to charge us an extra 450 dollars. Fortunately, we had taken ample photographs and a 20 minute video upon move in highlighting every inch of this despicable apartment. I personally ended up suing Brennan Properties, taking them to small claims court. I won my case against them. This attempt at a business is a scam. Don't let the office ladies fool you, these people will take what little money college students with no regard moral decency. I give Brennan Properties my absolute lowest recommendation.
