  Tl;Dr: They did not know how to do taxes, they messed up three appointments, and then never followed up with us. We set up an initial appoint with this H&R almost two months ago. We took our paperwork down, and the person we ended up speaking with did not know how to handle our case so he told us to come in the following week. The following week we came in at the time stated and no appointment was set up, so we ask to set up an appointment for the following week. We came in the following week and they said they would contact us once everything was ready. We waited about 5 weeks and then set up another appointment, when we came in, there was someone else there for the same time AND they did not have either of our appointments on record. We asked for our papers back and left, we will be looking elsewhere.
