  Jason was horrible at the main branch, I need to figure out a banking issue and he absolutely would not go above and beyond, much do anything for me at all and hung up on me. I almost closed my accounts, I have no idea where he learned to speak to customers in that way. He is the manager, it is not like he is not getting paid.

  I have had great banking experiences at Wells Fargo in Moscow for seven years now. I think that since the national WF scandal broke, the Moscow branch has been making even more of an effort to provide great customer service and good advice. Our banker helped my wife and I set up a joint account and told us explicitly how to make sure we didn't incur any fees -- the opposite of what some Wells Fargo employees nationwide were doing. He then introduced us to the store manager, who was friendly, fun, and actually looked like he enjoyed talking to customers. I can't speak for the bank nationally, but my confidence in my local banking experience was totally renewed.
